Return and Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
 Wrongly ordered sizes would not be eligible for refunds, so please read the size guide provided carefully.

 If you enter a wrong shipping address you will not be eligible for a refund so please make sure to triple check your shipping address before purchasing any orders.

 Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Your item can be returned if arrived, damaged or mislabeled we will provide a free replacement or a full refund once our team has inspected your request. Please note for damaged or mislabeled products clear photo evidence is required, for the completion of a refund or product replacement process.

 If you ordered the wrong size we’re glad to offer you a size exchange but please note that shipping fees for wrong size selection by the consumer will be applied. Let us know the size you want to exchange and we’ll be happy to reship the product for you.

 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and your receipt or proof of purchase sent via email will be required.


If your package has not been delivered within the said time limit you are eligible for a refund or replacement of your order. This will be reviewed by our team for final approval. All tracking numbers purchase invoices must be provided for the fulfilment of this process.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
